1ST Herne Bay (Town Centre)

The 1st Herne Bay Scout Group meet close to the town centre of Herne Bay and provide Scouting for all young people aged from 6 years old to 14 years old.

The aim of Scouting is to give young people the opportunity through a progressive programme to have fun, adventure and challenge and to help them become self-reliant caring and responsible members of their community.

Currently the Group has

A Beaver Colony for 6-8 year olds that meet on Wednesdays 5.30-6:30pm

A Cub Scout Pack for 8-10 1/2 year olds that meet on Thursdays 6.00-7:30pm 

A Scout Troop for 10 1/2- 14 year olds that meet on Mondays 6.00-7.30pm
