Canterbury, Whitstable & Herne Bay operate a District based Duke of Edinburgh's Award Unit.
Meeting once a month this Unit focuses on preparing Young People to undertake the Expedition section of the Award, as well as supporting them to complete the Volunteering, Physical and Skills sections.
More information on the DofE Award can be found on the DofE website, www.dofe.org.
The District Unit focuses on Bronze and Silver Awards, with Gold Award being supported by Kent County Scouts. Please note that to undertake DofE with us you must be a member of an Explorer Scout Unit.
